Hydraulic tool holders is a kind of tool handle which is widely used. The clamping mode of this tool handle is different from that of the traditional tool handle system. Only one pressure bolt is needed for tightening. When the bolt is tightened, the sealing block of the piston will be pushed to generate a hydraulic oil pressure in the tool handle. The pressure is uniformly transmitted to the steel expansion sleeve from the circumferential direction, and the expansion wall will clamp the tool.

01) When the hydraulic tool holders is pressurized, please use a T-shaped wrench to fully tighten the last* When the last is fully tightened, it will stop rotating. The hydraulic holding force of our hydraulic knife handle is the best when the last is fully tightened.

02) When installing the cutting tool on the hydraulic tool handle, the tool head shall be close to the bottom of the lower end inside the hydraulic tool handle. (If one end of the cutting tool is too short to be close to the bottom, the position of one end of the cutting tool cannot be more than 8mm away from the bottom of the tool handle when installing the tool, otherwise the inner diameter of the tool handle will shrink and be damaged, and the tool handle will appear oily.

03) Before installing the hydraulic tool holders, remove the internal moisture, moisture, oil, etc. Otherwise, the internal wetness during machining will cause the cutting tool to fall off.

04) Do not open or pull the hydraulic hole of the hydraulic tool holders at will. Otherwise, the hydraulic oil will be lost, and the hydraulic knife handle may not be used or repaired

05) Do not install rough cutting tools.

06) When the screw part of the tool holders is damaged or the hydraulic pressure cannot be processed normally and needs to be repaired by AS, please disassemble the tool handle by yourself and contact the purchaser.
